Ok I'll start with but I do not know how sotering is the son and the parameters of the cables in your car, someone help me with some form of instructions or Scematic, thank you!

Light kits are available for a couple of sizes from 1 / 10 Scale RC Cars, and many of them do not require welding, because they come with an adapter to connect directly to the battery. Then, simply enter the cable inside the body.
Not sure if the siren well, you may need to be creative with it.
